CADGERS
BIOGRAPHY

Before Riistetyt, there was Cadgers. In 1980, Cadgers was born when drummer Stydy, guitarist Perry and bassist Markku V asked Lateri to come and sing in their punk rock band. Soon after that Markku V was replaced with Stydy's cousin Piise. This lineup made one of the first Finnish hardcore punk recordings, the legendary split EP with Kaaos, another originator of hardcore punk. The EP was released by P.Tuotanto. Soon after the recording, things got bad between Perry and the rest of the band, and he was kicked out. When the replacement was found in Raipe, the name of the band was also changed. Cadgers was no more, and Riistetyt was born.
